Dr. Lynn M. Brinckmeyer, Director of Choral Music Education at Texas State University, served as National President for The National Association for Music Education (formerly MENC) in 2006-2008. She serves as a contributing author for Interactive Music – Powered by Silver Burdett. At Texas State University Dr. Brinckmeyer teaches courses in choral music education, and directs the Texas State Women’s Choir and the Hill Country Youth Chorus.
