Greetings from the College of Fine Arts and Communication! Welcome to our C3 Center website. The Center for Communication, Collaboration and Creativity connects faculty and graduate student research, and scholarly creative needs within the five units of our college. As an Emerging Research University, Texas State is committed to helping our faculty find and obtain funding for research and creative projects. The C3 Center is key in reflecting the mission and values of our university to support research, scholarship and creative activity as fundamental sources of new knowledge and as expressions of the human spirit.

Your C3 Center provides help with grant proposal development, submission processes, award management, and compliance guidance. The College encourages multidisciplinary research and offers an annual CoSearch retreat where teams within our college have opportunities to join forces on research proposals and compete for internal funding. Faculty can also locate collaborators through our faculty expert directory, and our professional C3 staff are ready to guide you through the proposal development process and management of grants. We encourage you to set up a virtual meeting with our expert team. I am honored to serve as your liaison to the C3 Research Center and I look forward to helping foster the culture of innovative, collaborative scholarship at Texas State University. Please let me know if you need any assistance.

Sincerely,

Lynn M. Brinckmeyer, Ph.D.
